Vinification
Handmatige oogst van geselecteerde trossen in kisten van 15 kg. Schilweking en alcoholische vergisting rond 28 °C gedurende 25–30 dagen, met periodieke remontage en délestage. Na het oversteken volgt malolactische omzetting.
Aging
Minimaal 24 maanden in Frans eiken tonneau, gevolgd door minimaal 24 maanden flesrijping volgens de huidige officiële producentenpagina.
