At checkout, enter the delivery and billing addresses, review the complete order and choose an offered payment method. A payment is considered successful only after it has been securely confirmed.

After ordering, available status information is provided through the secure order environment and our messages. Where several partners handle an order, parts may travel separately.

Alcohol may only be ordered by someone who has reached the legal minimum age in the delivery country. An age check may be requested on delivery.

Approved business customers order within their assigned customer segment. The relevant price tiers and minimum quantities are checked for each wine and fulfilment group.
